All athletes must have a physical on file at Wilson before they can practice!
Tryouts will begin Monday, October 18 right after school from 3-4PM. We will swim Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at Wilson for 2 weeks before determining our roster for the 2021-22 season. Please come prepared with suit, goggles, swim cap and towel. Face masks are required on deck and can be taken off when swimming.
All athletes (new or returning) must be able to compete the following by the end of tryouts:
- 8 x 50 free on the 1:15
- 500 yard untimed swim (no stopping)
- demonstrate basic knowledge of the competitive strokes: fly, back and breast
There will also be a sign up for extra practice at RHS on 10/23 & 10/30 at 2:00 PM. You must sign up for this extra practice!
